Chelsea boss Antonio Conte could be in line for a shocking move to Barcelona, as the club look towards the Premier League to replace Ernesto Valverde.
The Barcelona manager has come under fire since the Champions League exit at the hands of Roma, and with players like Lionel Messi and Gerard Pique thought to be unhappy with him and complaining of his methods, the board are planning for life without the man who could well lead them to an unbeaten season en route to winning the Liga.

Valverde
Valverde is on course for a domestic double, and will see Barcelona win the title to add to the thrashing of Sevilla in the Copa final – the last final Andres Iniesta will play for the club – and has succeeded during his time at the club.
However, it seems that some of the players have grown fed up and want more from their manager and the board – yet Valverde himself is remaining upbeat and making sure that he keeps his head above water and no one overreacts to certain things.
He noted:“I feel good but I am aware that at big teams when there is an elimination there is a cataclysm.
“You have a failure and it seems that everything goes overboard.
“Now we have won a title and hope that people enjoy it.
“As a technician you try to stay out of the comments, there can always be a storm but when I accepted the job, I assumed it was like this.”
